Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Phone Screen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Phone Screen provides AI-powered call screening, lead qualification, appointment booking, and spam blocking for individuals and businesses. The Service uses artificial intelligence to answer phone calls, determine caller intent, and take appropriate action based on your configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

  • Personal Plan: $3.99 per week, billed weekly
  • Business Plan: $499 per month, billed monthly
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing, contact sales

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate callers
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable telecommunications laws
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits (we will contact you if usage is excessive)

6. AI Screening Accuracy

Our AI screening is designed to accurately identify caller intent, but no AI system is perfect. We do not guarantee that every spam call will be blocked or that every legitimate call will be passed through. You can review all screened calls in your dashboard and adjust settings as needed.

7. Call Recording

Call recording is optional and disabled by default. If you enable recording, you are responsible for compliance with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent for call recording. We recommend consulting legal counsel regarding your obligations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, design, and branding, is owned by AI Phone Screen. You retain ownership of your data, including call history, contacts, and business information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Phone Screen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Phone Screen from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
