AI Phone Screen ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our call screening service, website, and mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, phone number, and display name.
Call Data
When our AI screens calls on your behalf, we collect: caller phone numbers, call duration, call transcripts (if recording is enabled), AI screening decisions, and caller-provided information (name, organization, reason for calling).
Business Information
For business accounts, we collect business name, services, hours, pricing, and other information you provide during setup or that we extract from your website with your permission.
Calendar Data
If you connect your Google or Outlook calendar, we access your calendar availability to book appointments. We do not read or store your existing calendar events beyond checking availability.
Contacts
If you import contacts, we store phone numbers and names to maintain your whitelist. Whitelisted contacts bypass AI screening.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (built on AWS infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Call recordings, if enabled, are stored securely and accessible only to you.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Telnyx — telephony and call routing
- Hume AI — voice AI processing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Calendar / Outlook — calendar integration (only when you connect)
- Vercel — website hosting
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your call data to train AI models. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide our service.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your call history and contacts
- Opt out of call recording
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call history is retained for 90 days by default. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
